To Whom It Resonates: I sense that you are very aware of how important balance is in life. You may have taken a step back from your social life to focus on the mundane things that you have overlooked. The good thing is that you’re aware that you have shyt to do. You may feel that you are not operating at your highest potential because you’re not getting EVERYTHING done, however, you’re just one person. The fact that you’re sorting things out to ensure that your responsibilities are being handled, shows that you have your priorities in order. It’s okay to still have a social life and handle your priorities and you shouldn’t feel bad about it. Now, if you had to pull back from your circle because of toxic conversations that doesn’t encourage positive growth and self development, good for you. You also have to realize that your friends/colleagues may be looking at you funny because of how you let them know that their conversational focus is immature and not conducive to better living. Not everyone is open to being corrected and that’s okay. Once again, you’re analyzing things in your life and making positive changes and this will always work in your favor. Use this time to sort out your personal endeavors and that extra cash you’ll save can be banked. Make saving petty cash a thing; Your future self will thank you. Picking up a new book to strengthen your mental abilities and learning a new niche would be a great idea as well. Your social circle will change to a more mature one, and you’ll have valuable conversation to contribute.
