To whom it resonates: I see that tonight you are balancing your emotions and focusing on remaining calm and patient. A. good night’s rest will do you well. You’ve been going out a lot lately to take your mind off of everything that is happening. Going out during this time is important, but you have to go out and do things that won’t make you feel remorseful afterwards. Instead of going to the bar and drinking until you’re impaired, go to a rooftop yoga session or late night sound healing class. In the recent past, you were in a dope relationship that was going so well and that’s what you’re reminiscing about because you miss it. You have to now shift your focus to your goals and aspirations and everything that you were neglecting for this relationship. Be mindful of your feelings and write them down so that you can process what’s happening in a healthy way. Focus on what’s in front of you and don’t try to rush anything. Your strength lies within your ability to see the light when it’s dark and gloomy. Spend time with your family because it will make you feel better. In the near future, there will be a challenge and a change that you will be faced to make because old habits die hard and it’s time that you recognize your faults and grow through them. Don’t be afraid to start over. Instead of sending yet another message, take action on the changes that you keep talking about. Your fear is that you think no matter what you do, you won’t recover from this and this is farther from the truth. You will manifest the changes that you dream of, give yourself time.
