To whom it resonates: You may be struggling with the after effects of a decision that you recently made, that was poorly thought out on your part. It affected a great relationship and now you want to fix things and believe it to be too late. Everyone makes mistakes and it’s good that you are remorseful, but it is now your responsibility to determine why you made this selfish decision in the first place; because you knew the consequence. Do you still respect this person? What is it that you are lacking right now that is allowing you to respond in this way. You may have felt as though you didn’t have a choice, but we always have a choice. These choices define who we are in the moment and in retrospect one can pinpoint the root of the problem by being true-to-self. I sense that you may have felt neglected by this person in the past, so in your thoughts, this was their karma, but we cannot take karma into our own hands. You want that happy go lucky friendship again, especially since things are now tense and uncomfortable. You have to first take responsibility for your actions and explain why you made that choice. Now is not the time to cower and be despaired. Face the music and play your part by owning up to your mishap.
